We are a lived-experience recovery organisation.
Our team of professionals believe in more: more possibility, more understanding and more hope. Drawing on the dual perspective of lived experience and professional expertise, we help create meaningful change for people who need it most and for the professionals who walk beside them.
Through mentoring, training, therapeutic work and peer groups, we inspire people to see what is possible and give them the tools to get there. Every programme is tailored, heartfelt and rooted in real-life challenges, with solutions that truly make a difference.
We are focused on increasing positive outcomes for marginalised communities, reaching those who are often not only misunderstood and overlooked but seriously underestimated.
We aspire to provide the connection and inspiration they need to thrive.
We empower professionals working with clients facing complex needs by upskilling them and building confidence. We understand the challenges of these demanding roles and provide interactive training that combines professional expertise with lived experience, equipping workers with the tools to navigate stress, increase engagement and improve outcomes for both themselves and their clients.

9 LiVes Project
The 9 LiVes Project supports people who have experienced marginalisation, stigma or social exclusion, creating opportunities for recovery, connection and personal growth. Our work is grounded in a dual perspective—bringing together lived experience and professional therapeutic expertise—to create safe, compassionate spaces where people feel understood, valued and empowered.
Current projects include supporting families affected by addiction through our Beacon programme. We are also proud to work with HIVITALITY, delivering creative therapeutic workshops as part of their residentials for people living with HIV. These initiatives are just some of the ways we work alongside individuals and communities to reduce stigma, improve emotional wellbeing, strengthen resilience and create lasting opportunities for recovery and connection.
Together, we are committed to promoting hope, empowering recovery and ensuring that no one feels defined by their past or their circumstances.
Beacon - Addiction Education and Family Support
BEACON is a structured, education-led programme for families and carers affected by addiction. Unlike informal support groups, BEACON combines evidence-based learning with lived experience insight to give participants practical tools and strategies they can use immediately.
Beacon is a course shaped by real lives and hard-earned insight,
designed to support families through the chaos of addiction...
When someone you love is struggling, it can feel like you’re lost in the dark.
This course offers education, tools, clarity, and direction — shining a light for those left carrying the weight.
It’s about understanding addiction, setting boundaries, and finding hope – not just for your loved one, but for yourself.
Whether you’re stuck, surviving, or ready to move forward – Beacon helps you find a way through.
